1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the betting, gaming and related services provided by 247 Bet Limited, trading as BetPikr ("BetPikr", "the Company", "we", "us"), through our website, mobile application and any other platform we operate (together, the "Services").

1.2 By registering an account, or by accessing or using any of the Services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Company and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, form the full agreement between you and the Company. Those documents are the Sport Rules, the Community Access Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, the Complaints Policy and the terms of any promotion or jackpot you take part in. They may be updated from time to time and should be read alongside these Terms.

1.4 If documents conflict, they apply in this order: the terms of a specific promotion or jackpot, then the Sport Rules, then these Terms, then our other policies. On community matters, the Community Access Terms apply over these Terms (see section 23).

2.1 BetPikr is a trading name of 247 Bet Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with RC number 8360582.

2.2 We operate under Sports Betting Licence number LSGLA/OP/BP24085, issued by the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority, and federal licence number SBOC/BP24AUG25/0049/V1.

3.1 You accept these Terms when you create an account. We record the version of the Terms you accepted.

3.2 When we make a material change to these Terms, we may ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the Services (see section 37).

3.3 These Terms are written in English. Where we provide them, or the Services, in Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa or Pidgin, the English version prevails if there is any difference.

4.1 We accept bets on sports and other events only through our online platform. To use it, you must be at least 18 years old, reside within the Nigerian territory only, and agree to these Terms.

4.2 By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You must keep your details up to date.

4.3 Each person may hold only one account. We may refuse or cancel duplicate or fraudulent registrations.

4.4 Your account is personal. You must not share, lend, sell or transfer it, or let anyone else use it.

4.5 The following people may not bet on the platform:

5.1 You can log in with your phone number or username. Passwords must be 8 to 64 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.

5.2 After several failed login attempts, your account is locked for a period and we email you. The login screen tells you how many attempts you have left and when you can try again.

5.3 We recommend turning on two-step verification, which sends a one-time code to your email when you log in.

5.4 We record the devices you use. We may ask you to verify a new device, or block devices linked to fraud or multiple accounts.

5.5 You are responsible for keeping your password, transaction PIN and one-time codes secret. All activity on your account is treated as authorised by you. We are not liable for losses caused by you sharing these details or by your negligence.

5.6 Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

6.1 We verify customers in levels. What you can do depends on your level:

6.1a Money taken out includes withdrawals, transfers to other customers and community membership payments. Your current withdrawal limits, and the amounts at which Level 2 and Level 3 are needed, are shown on the Verification page of your account and on the withdrawal page. Higher levels have higher limits, and some loyalty tiers have higher limits at Level 3.

6.2 We aim to review documents promptly. The expected review time is shown when you upload them.

6.3 After several failed NIN checks, verification is paused for a period. The verification screen tells you how many attempts you have left and when you can try again.

6.4 A NIN already linked to another account will lead to the accounts involved being suspended.

6.5 You must tell us if you are a politically exposed person (PEP), or a family member or close associate of one. We may ask for more information before you can withdraw.

6.6 We may ask for more documents at any time. Until you provide them, withdrawals may be held.

6.7 Accepted documents include NIN, utility bills, bank statements, driver's licence, passport, payslips and business or investment statements. Files must be JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF, within the size limit shown on the upload screen.

7.1 Accounts are held in Nigerian Naira (₦). You may fund your account only through the payment methods shown on the platform.

7.2 The minimum deposit is shown on the deposit page. Your payment method may limit how much you can deposit at once; if your amount is over that limit, we tell you the limit when you try to deposit. There is no limit on how much you deposit in total, apart from any deposit limit you set yourself (section 28). Your bank or payment provider may set lower limits, and we may review large deposits under our anti-money-laundering checks.

7.3 Deposits must be made from payment methods in your own name. Deposits from accounts or cards in another person's name may be refunded to their source, and your account may be held while we check them.

7.4 Deposited funds must be staked at least once before they can be withdrawn. Winnings are withdrawable straight away.

7.4a From the date we introduced the withdrawal limit (the "launch date"), the total of the withdrawals you make, the money you send to friends and the part of any community payment taken from your withdrawable balance after the launch date may not exceed twice the higher of your total settled stakes or your total winnings (both counted from the launch date), plus any community income you have received (counting only what members paid from their own withdrawable balance, not from deposits they had not yet staked), plus the withdrawable balance you held on the launch date. Bets settled at total odds below 1.30, or at odds we cannot confirm, and winning bets that paid back less than 1.3 times their stake (for example an accumulator whose other selections were voided) do not count towards your settled stakes or your winnings; stakes placed with bet credit do not count as settled stakes; a winning casino round counts only if it returned at least 1.3 times its stake, and a losing one counts only the amount lost; for a cashed-out bet, only the profit counts as winnings, and any loss counts as settled stakes. Withdrawals that are pending or being processed use up the limit as well. Once you have withdrawn a total of ₦1,000,000 to your bank account since the launch date, this limit stops applying to your withdrawals to your bank account; it continues to apply to money you send to friends and to community payments, and every withdrawal you make, including those after that point, still counts towards it. Money sent to friends and community payments do not count towards the ₦1,000,000. We may change the multiple, the minimum odds and the ₦1,000,000 amount in this clause; a change applies from when we update these Terms. A community payment is taken first from deposits you have not yet staked, and that part of it is not limited by this clause; it reaches the community creator as locked funds, which become withdrawable once staked. The amount you can withdraw or send is shown on the withdrawal page as your withdrawable balance. Section 7.4 continues to apply.

7.5 Deposits made in cryptocurrency are credited after the payment processor's fee is deducted. We are not responsible for fees charged by payment providers.

7.6 A deposit request that the payment provider does not confirm in time is cancelled. If your payment still reaches us afterwards, we credit it to your account.

8.1 The minimum and maximum amount for a single withdrawal, and your daily and weekly limits, are shown on the withdrawal page.

8.2 You may only withdraw to a bank account in your own name. The account name must match the name on your BetPikr account.

8.3 Withdrawals need your 4-digit transaction PIN.

8.4 We aim to process withdrawals promptly. Some withdrawals, for example large amounts or several withdrawals in a short time, may be held for manual review.

8.5 Withdrawal limits depend on your verification level (section 6). Limits apply over a rolling 24 hours and 7 days. You can ask for a withdrawal above your limit to be approved by our team.

8.6 Transfers to other customers and community membership payments count towards your withdrawal limits.

8.7 Bonus funds and bet credit cannot be withdrawn.

9.1 Your balance is not a bank deposit, is not held in a separate account from BetPikr's own funds, and earns no interest.

9.2 If your bank reverses or charges back a deposit, we will deduct it from your balance, and we may suspend your account until it is repaid.

9.3 We may pause deposits or withdrawals for maintenance, security reasons or a payment provider outage.

9.4 If an account holder dies, we will pay the withdrawable balance to their estate once we receive the legal documents.

10.1 You can send money from your balance to another customer's BetPikr account. You must be verified to send money, and each transfer needs your transaction PIN.

10.2 Transfers count towards your withdrawal limits. Once sent, they cannot be reversed.

10.3 Money you receive is treated like a deposit: you must stake it once before you can withdraw it.

10.4 You must not use transfers to buy or sell accounts, bonuses or bet credit, to pay for goods or services, or to move money on behalf of someone else. We may freeze transfers, and the accounts involved, while we investigate.

11.1 You must tell us straight away if funds are credited to your account in error. Funds credited in error are not yours, and any winnings from them are void. We will deduct them from your account.

11.2 If a bet is resettled after it has been paid, for example because a result was corrected, we will adjust your balance. This can mean deducting winnings already paid.

11.3 We may deduct any amount you owe us from your balance, future deposits, winnings or withdrawals.

12.1 We do not currently deduct tax from winnings, so any tax due on your winnings is your responsibility. If we are required to deduct tax in future, we will tell you before we start.

13.1 A bet is accepted only when it appears in My Bets with a bet ID. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled except as these Terms allow. Our records of bets and transactions are final unless they are clearly wrong.

13.2 Minimum and maximum stakes are set by us. The current limits are shown on the bet slip and in the Betting limits section of our Help Center. Lower limits may apply to some events, markets or accounts, and the bet slip shows the limit that applies to your bet. We may change limits at any time, but a change does not affect bets already accepted.

13.3 There is a maximum payout on any single bet, including any boost, shown in the Betting limits section of our Help Center. Where a bet would pay more, the payout is reduced to the maximum, and any boost is reduced first. The bet slip tells you when this applies.

13.4 The maximum number of selections in a bet is shown in the Betting limits section of our Help Center. Each selection must have odds above 1.00.

13.5 Unverified accounts may place only a limited number of bets (section 6).

13.6 We may set individual stake limits on your account, decline a bet or accept only part of it.

13.7 Odds may change before your bet is accepted. We follow your odds-change setting: accept any change, accept only higher odds, or accept no change.

13.8 Live bets may be held for a short time before they are accepted. The stake is reserved during that time, and the bet may be declined if the odds or the event change.

13.9 Payouts are rounded down to the nearest kobo.

13.10 All times, including kick-offs and promotion deadlines, are West Africa Time (WAT).

13.11 Live scores, statistics and match trackers are for information only. Bets are settled on official results.

13.12 Identical bets placed in quick succession may be treated as one bet for stake limits. Bets placed by people acting together to get around stake limits may be voided or settled as one bet.

14.1 Pre-match bets are accepted before the event begins. Live bets are accepted during events at our discretion.

14.2 Bets accepted after an event or market has started, or after the outcome is known, are void, except live bets on markets open in play.

14.3 If an event is postponed or interrupted, bets are settled under the Sport Rules.

14.4 Bets on events where the bettor has influence over, or prior knowledge of, the outcome are prohibited and will be voided.

14.5 All bets are settled on official event data. Incorrect scheduling information does not invalidate a bet, provided it was placed before the actual start time.

14.6 A change of venue does not affect a bet, except where the Sport Rules say otherwise.

15.1 All bets are subject to the Sport Rules for each sport, event and market.

15.2 We reserve the right to:

15.3 Bets accepted at odds that are clearly wrong compared with the market (obvious errors) will be settled at the correct odds or voided. This includes bets accepted on closed or suspended markets.

16.1 Cash out lets you settle a bet before its events finish. It is offered at our discretion and may be unavailable at any time.

16.2 You may cash out the whole bet or part of it. Minimum amounts apply to a cash out and to the stake left in play after a partial cash out. The cash-out screen only offers amounts within them.

16.3 The cash-out amount can change before it is confirmed. If it changes by more than a small amount before it is accepted, you must confirm the new amount. In-play cash outs are re-checked for a short delay before they are accepted.

16.4 Once confirmed, a cash out is final. The bet is settled at the cash-out amount, whatever the result of the events.

16.5 Cash out is not available on bets with insurance (Flexi or Cut 1), boosted combos, bets placed with bet credit, bets containing BetPikr Originals markets, or bet builder bets we cannot price.

16.6 Auto cash out pays the lower of your target amount and the cash-out amount offered when it triggers.

16.7 A cash out paid in error, including at a wrong price, may be reversed.

17.1 Acca boost. Bonus winnings on qualifying accumulators of pre-match selections, all on boosted markets, with at least the number of selections shown on the bet slip and in the Betting limits section of our Help Center. If a selection is void, the boost is recalculated on the remaining selections.

17.2 Bet Boost combos. Combinations priced by us. If any selection is void, the whole bet is void and the stake is returned.

17.3 2Up early payout. Pays a selection as a winner if the team you backed goes 2 goals ahead and the lead is confirmed. It does not apply to draw selections or to selections bought after kick-off.

17.4 Flexi and Cut 1 insurance. Available on accumulators that meet the conditions shown on the bet slip and in the Betting limits section of our Help Center, including the number of selections and the minimum odds per selection. There is a maximum insured payout, also shown there.

17.5 Bet builder. Prices are set by a third-party provider. If the price falls by more than a set amount before your bet is accepted, you must confirm the new price.

17.6 Edit bet. You may edit an open bet a limited number of times, with a short wait between edits and a maximum number of selections after editing. The limits are shown in the Betting limits section of our Help Center. An edited bet is a new bet at the odds shown when you edit.

17.7 Booking codes. A booking code saves a betslip for a limited time. Odds are those available when the bet is placed, not when the code was created. We may limit how many times one code can be used.

17.8 Full rules for each feature are in the Sport Rules.

18.1 Bet credit has no cash value. If a bet placed with bet credit wins, you receive the winnings but not the stake. Winnings are held and paid out only under the bet credit rollover rules in clauses 27.9 to 27.15.

18.2 Bet credit bets must meet the conditions shown on the bet slip and in the Betting limits section of our Help Center: a minimum number of selections, minimum odds per selection and minimum total odds.

18.3 Winnings from a bet credit bet are capped. The cap is shown in the Betting limits section of our Help Center, and the bet slip shows the most you can win when you use bet credit.

18.4 If any selection is void, the whole bet credit bet is void.

18.5 Bet credit expires no more than 3 days after it is given to you. The expiry date of each bet credit is shown with it on the Bonus page of your account. A bet credit not completed before it expires is forfeited, as set out in clause 27.13.

18.6 Bet credit codes, from loyalty cards or promotions, can be redeemed once. The first person to enter a code receives the credit, and we cannot replace lost or stolen codes. Codes must not be bought or sold, and codes obtained that way may be cancelled.

18.7 We have the right to change the terms of the betcredit bonus at anytime.

18.8 We have the right to withdraw the betcredit bonus at anytime.

18.9 Any winnings obtained unlawfully from the betcredit bonus will be removed.

18.10 Deposit bonuses. Some deposit bonuses also require you to stake a multiple of the qualifying deposit of your own money before the bonus's winnings are paid to your main balance; the multiple and the number of days are stated in the promotion. Only stakes placed after the deposit and within those days count, and only on bets settled at or above the minimum total odds stated in the promotion (1.50 unless the promotion states otherwise); a winning bet counts only if it paid back at least that many times its stake, and a winning casino round only if it returned at least that many times its stake (a losing casino round counts the amount lost). Bets placed with bet credit, void bets and cashed-out bets do not count. If the requirement is not met in time, the bonus's winnings are forfeited. If a withdrawal is paid out to you, or you send money to a friend, before it is met, the bonus is cancelled and its winnings are forfeited; a withdrawal that is rejected or fails does not cancel it. Your progress is shown with the bonus on the Bonus page of your account.

19.1 Originals are markets created and priced by our own trading team, rather than taken from a data provider.

19.2 They are settled by our trading team on the official result of the event. Our settlement is final unless there is an obvious error.

19.3 Lower stake limits may apply, and cash out is not available.

20.1 Each jackpot round has its own rules on its jackpot page, and the jackpot section of the Sport Rules applies.

20.2 Entries close 1 minute before the first match in the round kicks off.

20.3 If any match in the round is void, the whole round is cancelled and all entries are refunded.

20.4 Prizes are paid in tiers. Winners in each tier share it equally, rounded down to the nearest kobo.

20.5 If a round is cancelled after prizes are paid, those prizes will be reversed.

21.1 Games are supplied by third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Aviatrix, Kiron, GoldenRace, 155.io and BetConstruct. Each game's own rules and paytable apply and are available inside the game.

21.2 A malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game or its connection fails, the provider's game record decides the outcome. Unfinished rounds are completed or refunded under the provider's rules.

21.3 The theoretical return to player (RTP) for each game is set by its provider. Where the provider shows it, you can find it in the game's information screen.

21.4 Demo or free-play games have no cash value, and their results do not carry over to real-money play.

21.5 Bonus wagering counts at different rates for different games and products. The rate for each offer is in its terms.

21.6 Virtual sports results are generated by the provider's random number generator. They are not real events.

21.7 If you are self-excluded or on a time-out, you cannot launch real-money casino or virtual games or place new stakes in them. Wins, refunds and rollbacks on stakes placed before then are still paid to your account.

22.1 Live streams are available only to logged-in customers, and may require a funded account or an open bet.

22.2 Streams come from third parties and may be delayed, interrupted or unavailable in some places. Pictures may be behind the live action, and we are not liable for bets placed on the strength of a stream.

22.3 Streams are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not record, rebroadcast or show them in public.

23.1 If you join, create or pay for a community, post content, or use Auto-bet, the Community Access Terms also apply.

23.2 Tips, predictions and posts are the opinion of the person who shares them. They are not financial advice, and neither BetPikr nor the creator guarantees any result.

24.1 Bet suggestions, BetMentor slips and personalised recommendations are made automatically from available odds and your betting history.

24.2 They are not advice and do not predict results. Any bet you place from them is your decision.

25.1 You earn bet credit and chips for each friend you refer who signs up with your link and meets the qualifying steps shown on the Invite page.

25.2 You can earn each reward only once per friend. We may limit how many referral rewards you can earn in a period.

25.3 Your friend must be a new customer, 18 or over, in Nigeria, and not already linked to you by device, payment method or address.

25.4 You must not refer yourself, create accounts for others, pay people to sign up, or advertise your link with paid search or on BetPikr brand terms.

25.5 Rewards from referrals that break these rules will be removed, and we may close the accounts involved.

26.1 Your loyalty tier is based on how much you deposit in each calendar month. The tiers are Starter, Playmaker, Captain, MVP, Hall of Fame and Legend; Immortal is by invitation only. The deposit range for each tier is shown on the Loyalty page.

26.2 If your deposits fall below your tier's level in a month, you move down one tier. We will warn you before this happens.

26.3 Higher tiers may get cashback, higher withdrawal limits and other benefits, as shown on the Loyalty page.

26.4 You earn chips for certain activities, such as depositing, joining or creating a community, and using Auto-bet.

26.5 Chips expire a set period after you earn them. The period is shown on the Loyalty page, and we will remind you before your chips expire.

26.6 Chips can be converted into bet credit to use for betting. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

26.7 Loyalty cards can be redeemed once per customer, for bet credit only. Whoever holds a card can redeem it, so keep it safe.

26.8 We may change or end the programme, its tiers and benefits, with reasonable notice.

27.1 We may offer bonuses, promotions and rewards. Each has its own terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods and eligibility. Where a promotion's terms conflict with this section, the promotion's terms apply.

27.2 Wagering (rollover) means staking an amount a set number of times before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, 3 rollovers means staking the bonus amount 4 times in total. For bet credit, clauses 27.9 to 27.15 also apply.

27.3 Each offer's terms set the minimum odds for qualifying bets and how long the bonus lasts. The expiry date of each bonus is shown with it on the Bonus page of your account.

27.4 Sign-up and welcome bonuses are credited only after you complete verification.

27.5 Percentage bonuses, such as deposit match and cashback, have a maximum amount, shown in the offer.

27.6 Promotions are limited to one per person, household, device, IP address and payment method.

27.7 Bets that cover all outcomes, or are low-risk, do not count towards wagering. Nor do bets placed with bet credit, or bets cashed out early.

27.8 We may change, suspend or withdraw any promotion at our discretion. Abuse of promotions may lead to disqualification, forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, or account restrictions.

27.9 Bet credit rollover. Clauses 27.9 to 27.15 apply to all bet credit, whatever promotion, reward or code it came from and even where a promotion's terms say otherwise, including bet credit issued before these Terms were last updated. A bet credit must be played one more time than its number of rollovers: 3 rollovers means 4 plays in total, and a bet credit with no rollover must be played once. Each time a play wins, its stake and winnings are carried into the next play.

27.10 The whole credit must be played through. Every part of a bet credit must complete every play before anything is paid out. This includes any part of the credit you have not staked and any winnings from it. If you split a bet credit across several bets, each part must complete all of its plays.

27.11 Winnings are held until the whole credit is complete. Winnings from a part of a bet credit that completes its plays before the rest of the credit are held. Held winnings cannot be staked, withdrawn or transferred. When every part of the credit has completed every play, everything is paid out at once to your main (cash) wallet: the total returned by the final plays of every part of the credit (stakes and winnings, subject to the cap in clause 18.3), less the original amount of the bet credit, which goes back to us. The most paid out in cash from one bet credit, in total, across every bet and every play of it, is ₦100,000; anything above that goes back to us. The bet credit itself can never be withdrawn.

27.12 Any loss forfeits the whole credit. If any bet placed with any part of a bet credit loses, including a bet that returns less than its stake (for example, a half-lost bet), the whole bet credit is forfeited, including any held winnings. A loss is final once it has stood for 1 hour; if the result is corrected to a win within that hour, the credit is not forfeited.

27.13 The credit must be completed before it expires. A bet credit lasts no more than 3 days from when it is given to you, and may expire sooner; its expiry date is shown with it on the Bonus page of your account. If any part of a bet credit still has plays to complete when the credit expires, the whole bet credit is forfeited, including any held winnings. A bet placed before the credit expires that settles after it expires does not complete the credit: the credit is forfeited when that bet settles, whatever its result.

27.14 Void bets. If a bet placed with bet credit is void (see clause 18.4), its stake is returned to the bet credit and the bet does not count as a play.

27.15 Bet credit remains our property. Bet credit, and any winnings derived from bet credit, are a bonus given by the Company and remain the Company's property. We may, at our discretion, claw back (reclaim) any bet credit and any winnings derived from bet credit.

28.1 We are committed to responsible gambling. We encourage you to treat betting as entertainment and to stay in control at all times. Gambling can be enjoyable, but for some people it can become a problem.

28.2 We provide these tools in your account, under Account → Responsible Gambling:

28.3 Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit takes effect after 24 hours.

28.4 Marketing stays switched off permanently, even after a self-exclusion ends.

28.5 We may limit or close an account, or contact you, if we see signs of harmful gambling.

28.6 We make reasonable efforts to enforce these tools. We are not liable where you try to get around them, including by giving false or inaccurate information, or where enforcement is not possible for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

28.7 For more information and support, see our Responsible Gaming Policy.

29.1 You must not operate more than one account, or try to get around the one-account rule by using different identities, devices, payment methods or networks. Duplicate or linked accounts breach these Terms.

29.2 You must not engage in arbitrage betting, exploit system errors, or take advantage of technical glitches for personal gain. Any attempt to manipulate how the platform works, or to gain an unfair financial advantage, is forbidden.

29.3 You must not take part in match-fixing, influence the outcome of events, or bet on events where you know the result. This includes any direct or indirect involvement in organising, officiating or deciding a sporting event.

29.4 You must not use automated software, bots or other tools to gain an unfair advantage over us or other users. This does not apply to tools we provide, such as Auto-bet.

29.5 You must not copy, scrape or resell our odds, content or data, or reverse-engineer the website or app.

29.6 You must not give false, misleading or incomplete information when registering, verifying or using the platform.

29.7 If you breach this section, we may suspend or close your account immediately, void bets, keep winnings, and take legal action where appropriate.

30.1 We may suspend, restrict or close any account at our discretion if we suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or regulatory non-compliance.

30.2 We report suspicious activity to the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU), and may share information with the EFCC, our regulator and the police. We may freeze funds while an investigation is open.

30.3 We may suspend betting on events where we suspect irregularities. Bets may be declared void on confirmation by recognised integrity bodies, and we are not obliged to give you evidence for that decision.

30.4 If we close your account for breaking these Terms, we may keep winnings from the bets involved, and return your remaining deposits where the law allows.

31.1 An account with no login or transaction for 6 months is inactive.

31.2 Before we act on an inactive account, we will email and text you, giving you 30 days' notice.

31.3 We do not charge fees on inactive accounts.

31.4 If you do not log in or withdraw by the end of the notice period, we may close the account and keep any balance left in it.

31.5 Bonus funds, bet credit and chips on an inactive account expire.

32.1 You can close your account from Account → Responsible Gambling or by contacting support, subject to settling anything you owe us.

32.2 Withdraw your balance before you close your account. Any money left in a closed account, including bonus funds, bet credit and chips, is forfeited to BetPikr.

32.3 Closing your account stops all marketing, Auto-bet and membership renewals. Open bets stand and are settled as normal.

32.4 A closed account can only be reopened by our support team, and not while a self-exclusion is active.

33.1 If you have a complaint or dispute about a transaction or the Services, please follow our Complaints Policy.

33.2 If your complaint is not resolved through our process, you may refer it to the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority.

34.1 All intellectual property in the platform, including trademarks, logos, odds, data and content, belongs to the Company or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

34.2 Only download the BetPikr app from official app stores. We may require you to update the app to keep using it.

35.1 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including technical failures, delays or inaccurate information.

36.1 We do not guarantee winnings or outcomes. You take part in betting at your own risk. We are not responsible for translation inaccuracies, system congestion or inability to access the Services.

36.2 If a technical error, system malfunction or operational failure affects bets, we may void the bets affected, refund the stakes and reverse any incorrect payouts. Such errors include incorrect odds, bets accepted on closed or suspended markets, and disruptions to the platform. Funds credited as a result are not yours and must be returned on request. You must tell us as soon as you become aware of an error affecting your account.

36.3 Open bets that remain unsettled for more than 2 months, because of technical issues or other operational problems, may be declared void and the stakes refunded.

36.4 Odds, live scores and results come from third parties, including Genius Sports. We are not liable for their errors, but we may resettle bets when a result is corrected. The platform also links to or integrates third-party services, for which we accept no responsibility.

36.5 We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including power, network or provider outages, strikes, regulatory action and natural disasters.

37.1 We may change these Terms from time to time, including to comply with laws and regulations, to reflect changes to the Services, for security reasons, or to reflect changes in our business.

37.2 Minor changes may be made at any time and take effect immediately, so please review the Terms regularly.

37.3 We will tell you about material changes reasonably in advance, by an in-app notification or by email to your registered address. We may ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

37.4 If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Services and close your account. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you are treated as accepting it.

38.1 We may change, correct, suspend, add to, remove from or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability to you.

39.1 You agree to cover the Company's losses caused by your breach of these Terms, fraud or misuse of the Services.

40.1 We handle your personal data under our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. This includes identity checks, fraud and anti-money-laundering monitoring, and personalised recommendations based on your betting history.

40.2 We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. When you first visit, you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies or manage your settings. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer of the website.

41.1 We contact you by email, SMS, push notification or in-app message, using the details on your account. Keep them up to date.

42.1 If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

42.2 If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up our right to enforce it later.

42.3 You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to another company in our group, or to a buyer of our business.

43.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

43.2 Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State and the relevant regulatory authorities.
