Important Notice
At 247BET Limited, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the secure processing of your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you access or use the Betpikr website, mobile applications, and related services.Table of Content
1. Our Commitment to Privacy
The Company is focused on your security. We treat your personal information as private and classified. We only collect information needed to provide, secure, improve, and comply with our services.
2. Personal Data we Collected
We collect and process the following categories of personal data to deliver our services securely and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements:
Identity and verification data may include full name, date of birth, gender, government-issued identification documents, document images, selfies, and verification results required for Know-Your-Customer checks.
Contact data may include email address, telephone number, residential address, and communication preferences.
Financial and transaction data may include bank account details, payment references, deposits, withdrawals, and betting transaction history. Payment service providers process the payment details you supply when using their services.
Location data includes precise device location, such as latitude and longitude, location accuracy, and the country or region determined from that location when location-enabled features are used.
Technical and usage data may include device information, IP address, login activity, betting activity, and interaction data relating to your use of the platform.
Sensitive and Responsible Gaming Data: Information relating to self-exclusion, betting limits, and other responsible gaming measures, where applicable.
3. Device Location and Permission Controls
Betpikr accesses your precise device location to check whether you are physically in Nigeria and enforce regional access restrictions for real-money betting. Location may also be processed when you use digital address verification. An IP address or a country selected in your profile is not a substitute for this physical-location check.
On Android, Betpikr uses foreground location access while the app is open and does not request background location access. Location access requires your device permission. The app explains its location use through an in-app disclosure; this Privacy Policy does not replace that disclosure or the required consent.
Device location services and geocoding services process coordinates to determine your country or region. When you choose digital address verification, our verification provider, QoreID, may process location and the verification information you supply to perform the check and return a verification result. These uses are covered by the service-provider disclosures in this Notice.
You can deny or revoke location permission, or change precise-location access, in your device settings. If precise location is unavailable, permission is denied, or your location is outside the permitted region, access to real-money betting is restricted. Address verification that requires location may also be unavailable.
